Turnaround Time

• Our standard turnaround time is 3–4 business days from the date your order is confirmed and payment is received.

• Need your order sooner? Rush requests may be accommodated based on our availability. Please contact us directly for approval before placing your order.

• Orders needed within 3 days of the requested pickup or delivery date are subject to a $30 rush fee.

Payment

• Full payment is required before any work begins. Your order will not be started until payment has been received and confirmed.

Custom Orders

• Every order is 100% custom-made.

• Certain custom packages require individualized pricing. If you're interested in a specialty or fully customized package, please contact us directly to discuss your vision and receive a personalized quote before ordering.

Proof Approval

• A digital proof will be provided for your approval before production begins. Production will start only after your design has been approved.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on custom items once an order has been placed.
